Perseus with the Head of Medusa


The marble sculpture Perseus with the Head of Medusa, in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, in New York. It was carved by Italian Antonio Canova, in 1804-06, and is a replica of the one done by the sculptor on display in Vatican .
