Sapin-sapin

Sapin-sapin is a dessert popular in the Philippines, especially in Luzon island. Made from glutinous rice flour and coconut milk, sapin-sapin (which means 'layered' in Tagalog) is served with toasted coconut flakes on top as merienda, or mid-day snack.
